CARE

We recommend spot cleaning our caps with gentle soap and water, and letting air dry out of the sun. Please note: soap will degrade the waxed finish on our wax caps, so we don’t recommend cleaning those, as they age with a nice “patina” over time!

PRODUCT

Our caps are cut, sewn and assembled here in our family-owned and operated factory in Cleveland, Ohio.

Our campers are low-mid profile and typically fit 7-7 ⅜ comfortably. Our traditional caps or truckers fit up to 7 ½ and offer a higher profile.

You can use a flexible measuring tape to measure your head’s circumference. Sizing for most of our campers comfortably fits 7-7 ⅜, or 56-59cm.

Secrets out – we do! We can make a large size in most of our campers, excluding the wax and all mesh, that fits up to 7 ¾. If you are interested, please email us. We can’t accommodate without a custom invoice. Sales on large caps are final.

We can make a youth size in most of our campers that fits approximately 6 ⅝ - 7 ¼. If you are interested, please email us. We can’t accommodate without a custom invoice. Sales on youth caps are final.

You may notice a different snugness between a ripstop, flannel or waxed camper. That’s due to the fabric variances. Each is cut with the same set of dies, but flannel for instance has a little stretch to it, whereas waxed canvas is rigid. Email us if you have specific fit questions!

At any given time during the year, you will see a number of sold out caps on our site. That can be for a variety of reasons, but usually it’s because we sold out of the cap and don’t anticipate making more. We like to keep the site fresh with new designs, and don’t often keep a design through a new season. We highly recommend signing up for our VIP Text Club to be the first to know of drops and sales so you don’t miss out!

A Second is any cap that comes down the line that doesn't meet our standards for quality. It could be a missing stitch or a spot on the fabric. Most times you may not notice it as the imperfections are very slight. All sales on Seconds are final. We offer Seconds Sales a few times throughout the year with limited supply. Make sure you’re a part of our VIP Text Club to get first dibs :)

SHIPPING

We work to ship within 1-3 business days on regular, in-stock orders. All orders are shipped from our Cleveland, Ohio factory. Our fulfillment times may take up to 10 business days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience, and rest assured we are working hard to get you your gear as quickly as possible.

We ship internationally, but the customer will pay a premium rate. Any order shipped to a destination outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exact import taxes and duties vary depending on the destination country. Legend charges only the merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your fit, please visit our Returns Portal. Please note:

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after your order date.
  • The item must be in original condition, unused with tags.
  • Must be in original packaging.
  • Must be without visible wear or dirt.
  • If a cap is returned to us not in original condition + original packaging, we reserve the right to deny a return.
  • Returns will incur a handling fee that includes return shipping cost. If you prefer a gift card, we waive handling fee.
  • Seconds, custom orders, Limited-Release, Sample Sale, and Mystery Boxes are final sale.
