We do ship internationally, but the customer will pay a premium rate. Any order shipped to a destination outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exact import taxes and duties vary depending on the destination country. Legend charges only the merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Bottom line: We want you to love your Legend cap. We pride ourselves in finding a cap for every head, and we work hard to fulfill that mission. If you're not satisfied with your fit, please reach out to us and we will chat with you to see what hat profile would better suit you. We offer free-of-charge swaps, and we cover the cost of shipping.

Our return policy is simple: Contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will process a return or exchange for you. The item must be in original condition and unused. Any returns after this period are accepted on a case-by-case basis, especially if there is serious wear.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the refunded amount within 3-5 business days, however it may take longer depending on your banking institution.

We will send you a shipping label for your return or exchange and cover those costs -- Domestic addresses only. Legend is not responsible for International return shipping costs.
